Canned Salmon Patties Recipe are delicious for lunch or dinner.
They're the perfect way to upgrade a simple can of salmon,quick to prepare, golden and crispy on the outside, moist and savoury on the inside with lovely big flakes of salmon.
You can made this recipe with either canned salmon OR fresh salmon.

Ingredients:
1 can(s) salmon, 14.75 oz
1/3 c bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 green onions, chopped
4 Tbsp butter, for frying
1/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c mayonnaise
lemon and dill, for garnish
Directions:
1. Drain salmon. Remove bones and skin.
2. Combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, celery, mayonnaise in a large bowl, and beaten egg.
3. Mix.
4. Shape into 4 even-sized patties.
5. In a large saute pan, melt butter on low.
6. Add salmon patties.
7. Cook on medium until golden brown on each side and cooked through.
You can serve this recipe topped with a simple Greek yogurt sauce made with lemon juice and chopped capers, or simple side salad, an extra sprig or two of dill, and some lemon wedges.
